The solution includes dedicated experiences for Tenants, Owners/Landlords, and Administrators, providing a scalable and convenient platform for modern room discovery and rental management.

Tenant Registration & Profile Management

The tenant application provides a simple and secure onboarding experience where users can create an account using Email & Password or Google Sign-In. Each email address can be associated with only one user role, ensuring clear account ownership and preventing conflicts between tenant and owner accounts.

After registration, tenants can create and manage their personal profiles with information such as name, phone number, gender, profile photo, and bio. These details help improve the room discovery and roommate matching experience while allowing users to present relevant information when connecting with other users.

Tenant Dashboard & Room Discovery

The tenant dashboard acts as the central place for discovering available rooms. Users can browse room listings and search for suitable properties based on their preferred city, area, and location.

Each room listing provides basic information to help tenants evaluate the property before deciding to unlock additional details. The platform is designed to keep the initial discovery experience simple while providing premium access to sensitive owner and location information.

Premium Contact & Location Unlock

A key feature of the platform is the contact unlocking system. Tenants can view limited room information without a subscription, while detailed owner contact information and the exact property location remain protected.

For INR 99, tenants can unlock the owner's contact information and exact location for 7 days with unlimited access. This gives users the ability to contact relevant property owners without requiring them to pay separately for every room they want to explore.

The platform also supports Chat / Contact Owner functionality, allowing tenants and owners to communicate directly when required.

Room Assistance Feature

The Need Assistance feature is designed for tenants who are unable to find a suitable room in their preferred location. Instead of leaving the platform without a solution, users can submit a personalized room assistance request.

The tenant can provide important requirements such as:

• Preferred location
• Budget
• Room type
• Move-in date

Once submitted, an assistance request is created and an email notification is sent to the provided email address. Further communication regarding the requested room assistance can then be handled through email.

Roommate Discovery

The platform also includes a dedicated Roommate Find feature that helps users discover compatible roommates based on their requirements and lifestyle preferences.

Users can create roommate profiles containing information such as gender, budget, preferred area, lifestyle preferences, profile photo, and bio. This information allows other users to understand whether a particular profile may be suitable before initiating contact.

To improve privacy and maintain a focused matching experience, gender-based filtering is applied. Male users can discover male roommate profiles, while female users can discover female roommate profiles.

Roommate contact information is protected behind a INR 49 plan, allowing users to unlock contact details when they are ready to connect.

Subscription & Access Management

The application includes subscription and access management to control premium features. Tenants can view their current subscription status, including whether their plan is Active or Inactive, along with the subscription expiry date.

A dedicated Renewal option allows users to renew their access when required. Once a subscription expires, premium functionality becomes locked until the user renews the plan.

Users without an active subscription can still access limited room information, while premium features such as protected contact details and other restricted information remain unavailable.

Owner & Landlord Management

The owner experience is designed to make property and room management simple. Owners and landlords can create and manage their room listings directly through the platform.

Owners can:

A dedicated Web-based Admin Panel provides administrators with centralized control over the platform. Administrators can securely log in and manage the overall marketplace from a single dashboard.

The platform supports paid access for premium features such as room contact unlocking and roommate contact access. Payment processing is designed around Google Play and Apple App Store payment mechanisms for supported mobile purchases.

The subscription and purchase system is connected with user access management so that premium functionality can automatically become available after successful payment and become restricted after the applicable access period expires.

Location & Map Integration

Location is an important part of the room discovery experience. Tenants can search rooms according to their preferred city and area, while owners can select the exact location of their property when creating a listing.

The location functionality helps create a more useful connection between room listings and tenant requirements while ensuring that sensitive exact-location information can remain protected until the tenant has the required access.

Account Security & Role Management

The platform follows a role-based structure with separate experiences for Tenant and Owner users. Only one role can be associated with a single email address, helping maintain a clear identity and preventing the same account from simultaneously operating as multiple user types.

The platform also includes essential account functionality such as login, logout, profile management, and account deletion, providing users with greater control over their account and personal information.
